
Payments
Payment is required immediately after the completion of the cleaning service. We accept various payment methods for your convenience.
For move-out cleaning services, payment must be made in advance. This is a security measure as the client is vacating the property.
In exceptional cases, we allow payment at the end of the move-out cleaning, only if the client remains inside the property for the entire duration of the cleaning.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please do so at least 48 hours in advance.We understand that unforeseen situations can arise, which is why we offer a grace period of up to 24 hours before the service to make changes without any fee. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee will apply as compensation for the reserved time:
$45 for Basic Cleaning Services.
$55 for Deep Cleaning Services.
Satisfaction Policy
At Jireh Nevada Services, we strive to provide a thorough and high-quality cleaning service. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours after the service has been completed.
To evaluate your complaint fairly, we kindly ask that you provide clear photos or videos as evidence. This helps us verify that the issue was part of the agreed-upon cleaning service and ensure that any missed areas or concerns are addressed appropriately.
Complaints submitted after the 24-hour period may not be eligible for review.
Safety and Security Policy
We strongly recommend that you store any valuable items before your cleaning appointment. While our team is professional, careful, and committed to ethical conduct, we acknowledge that accidents or misunderstandings can happen.
Our company has a strict no-theft policy. We carefully select and train our staff to maintain the highest standards of honesty and professionalism.
In the unfortunate event that a valuable item is misplaced or goes missing, we kindly ask that you report it immediately. Providing video footage from security cameras or any other evidence will assist us in conducting a fair investigation.
False accusations can harm our employees’ reputations, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in addressing such situations responsibly.
Damage and Incident Policy
We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage in your property or damage to items that are already loose, worn out, or nearing breakage.
If an item breaks or is damaged during the cleaning due to its pre-existing condition, we will not be liable for its replacement.
However, if a member of our cleaning team accidentally causes damage to an item that was in good or reasonably maintained condition, we take full responsibility. In such cases, we offer the following resolution options:
- Reimbursement: If you prefer to replace the item yourself, please provide a receipt, and we will either apply a discount of the same value to your next service or issue a direct refund. The reimbursement option is only available if you choose not to book future cleanings with us.
- Replacement: We will purchase a replacement item and deliver it to your property.
- Service Credit: We will provide a discount equivalent to the item’s value on your next cleaning service.
Waiting Time Policy
Our cleaning team will arrive promptly at your scheduled appointment time.
Upon arrival, we offer a 20-minute grace period for you to answer the door. After this period, you will be charged for the waiting time.
If 30 minutes pass and no one answers the door, the cleaning team will leave, and a cancellation fee will be applied, along with a waiting time fee of $34 (equivalent to 30 minutes of service).
Courtesy and Communication Policy
We understand that minor delays can happen. If you encounter an unexpected situation and will be slightly late (within 10 to 15 minutes), please notify us as soon as possible. We value clear communication and will accommodate short delays whenever possible. However, if the delay exceeds this timeframe, waiting fees charges may apply.
