What should I do before the cleaning team arrives?
To ensure a more efficient job it is important that the area to be cleaned is clear, please pick up toys, clothes and personal items that may get in the way during the cleaning, organization is an extra charge. If you would like us to change the bed linen please leave the sheets ready on or near the bed to be changed.
Do I have to be at home for the service?
No, it is not necessary for you to be present, we understand your limited time, when you schedule your appointment please inform us that you will not be present during the service so we can agree with you how the cleaning team will access the property (garage code, access key, backup key, etc) do not worry we are a secure service and your information will not be shared. However, it is important to know that in case of move-in or move-out cleaning you must pay at the beginning of the service if you will not be present.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Yes, but it is important to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the date of your appointment, because if you cancel after the mentioned time you will have a penalty of 45 dollars per service canceled or rescheduled, that is why we recommend you to cancel or reschedule before 24 hours or be sure of the day of your appointment.
